Grapes growing and winemaking:
On the slope of clay and limestone soil and silty clay, on plain, gravels and sands.
The drop of juice is them fired prepared for malolactic fermentation.
The press juice comes from a pneumatic press at low pressure.
Flow filtration and stabilization by electro dialysis (so no need to add stabilizers products no input).
Fermentation at a temperature of 25°C to promote the extraction of aromas and color.
The time of maceration and racking is decided according the tasting.

Characteristics: Rich and balanced, velvety wine.
