Area of Production: Vineyard located in the South of the city of ANGERS. It covers 16,000 hectares (40,000 acres); 6,000 (15,000 acres) of them are especially dedicated to the Rosé wines production.

Grape variety: Cabernet Franc. All other grape varieties are banished.

Culture et Vinification : Le vignoble de Puisseguin Saint-Emilion est implanté sur des sols argilo-calcaires, avec certaines zones d’alluvions graveleuses. L’ensemble, très homogène, repose sur un substrat calcaire qui permet une bonne alimentation en eau de la vigne, même pendant les périodes sèches.
Vinification traditionnelle en cuves inox.

Winemaking: The Cabernet Anjou grape variety could be vinified into medium dry or mellow. It is made from Cabernet Franc, for which all grape berries maceration with the juice is avoided.
