Grape variety:
100% Gamay grape variety on soil relatively deep clay and limestone of the southern “Grande Bourgogne”.
Winemaking:
Semi carbonic winemaking on 30% to 50% of the harvest. The rest is scratched. We perform two daily pumping with some outages to fully extract the material.
Ageing in vats until spring with 10% to 20 % of the volume in oak barrels. The wine is filtered and then bottled.
Characteristics: Fruity wine, intense structure.
