55% Merlot
15% Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc

Wine making:
Manual and mechanical harvest, the grapes are carefully sorted destemmed before beeing delicately preserved to extract the color of the juice as much as possible. The juice then undergoes a traditional fermentation, left on lees for up to 28 days, with regular reassembly in small thermo regulated stainless steel vats.

Tasting:
The Bordeaux MENUTS is aged with the desire to the highest demands. The expression of an exceptional terroir confers on the nobles grape varieties that compose it all the intensity of delicate aromas of ripe fruit.
